July 19th: The filming of Boxing Walter finally wrapped up on Wednesday, July 14th. We believe it was a good, successful two months of filming, which leads us to the editing process. The editing process also began on the 14th, but it will take alot of time and effort to produce to final copy. Thats all for now, check back for more updates....peace

June 19th:  Yo, Bill here, and I've got lots of news! To start off, we have been working hard on Boxing Walter, and we're about a little more than half way done with the filming. As of this morning, 7 am to be exact, we filmed the most difficult scene, which was filmed in downtown D.C. but I don't want to give away anymore than that just yet. As Pat Brennan did, Kevin Zdancewicz has signed on to play a small supporting role in the film as well. We will continue to work hard and push onward with the filming.

In other news, I just finished editing Pat Brennan's secret-project, the music video, which was quite a challenge, but it turned out really well. Also I have plans for the next film to come after Boxing Walter. It will be a WWII drama entitled, Out-Weighing Fears. It will be a BGF production (Billy-George Films). I just recently finished writing and poilishing off the script and I've filmed a short sequence, but the rest will go into full production after Boxing Walter. This film will have a budget  of about ...actually working with money, so that's pretty exciting.  Also I have submitted The Life and Times of David Sanborn to studentfilms.com and it should be posted on the site near the end of July, so be sure to check that out.....well that's all I've got for now, check back in the near future for more updates, peace.

May 11th: Well, we've got lots of news. To start off, Boxing Walter is officialy underway! We had our first day of filming on the 8th of May, and it went really well. We filmed most of the opening scene as well as some location shots in Tysons. We plan to continue filming over the upcoming weekend.

*Cast Note- Pat Brennan, directer/producer of Lean films, has signed on to play a small role as a lawyer in Boxing Walter. This will be Pat's first DDP movie appearence.

That's all for now, so check back for future updates on the progress of Boxing Walter.

April 12th: It's been a while since the last update, but DDP is getting back into film action with the next feature, Boxing Walter. Fourth has been pushed back and will hopefully go into production after Walter is complete. The film dates of Boxing Walter have yet to be set but should start pretty soon. It will once again be directed by John Althen (critically acclaimed director of The Life and Times of David Sanborn) and is written by Billy Miossi. Check back for future updates.

March 5th: Negotiations have been made between us and Lean Films to film a movie over the summer at Camp St. Charles. But it is still in the very early stages of planning. In other news, I am working on a new film that is currently titled Fourth. This is also in the early stages of pre-production, and we hope to work with Lean Films for this project as well. Also, we still do not have an official date for the premier of The Life and Times of David Sanborn, but we hope to have it during the spring.

P.S. Two new screen shots were added to the site and I completely finished putting together the outakes from Sanborn and it is now available with the entire feature and trailer on DVD.

February 15th: The Life and Times of David Sanborn is now available on DVD! It includes the entire film and the trailer. The official price has not yet been set, but if you want to purchase it just notify us in the guestbook and leave your e-mail address.

Reviews: "The Requiem for a Dream-like sounds devices were cool, a lot of the shots were really well done, the cuts and such were really well-timed, the use of music was real good, and the acting was good, too. Of all the movies OLGC alum have put together , yours is probably the best."                                                                                                                                                               -Pat Brennan, director/producer of Lean Films

February 5th: After over seven months of re-shooting, re-writing, and extensive editing, The Life and Times of David Sanborn has finnally been completed. All we have to do now is to put the film on DVD. We hope to have some screenings in the coming months so be sure to check back for more information on that. Also, We'd like to thank everyone for the support throughout the making of this film, you helped make it a success.

P.S. six new screen shots were added from Sanborn, so chech 'em out.

The ideas for our movies come from many places. Much of our inspiration comes from the people and places around us. We usually think of the actual plots on location. That is what makes our movies so honest. The ideas are all honestly inspired on the spot. We don't think about what might get us more popular, we do unique intricate stories that really make ya think.
